When does the Association Meet?

Does the Constituency Association have meetings? If so, when and where are they held? Are they open to members?

Answer

Yes, the Pickering--Uxbridge Constituency Association has regular meetings.

The Board of Directors meets once a month, and the Annual General Meeting is usually held in the last Quarter of the year. All meetings are open to members.

Currently, meetings are held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 606, 1555 Bayly St, Pickering, ON L1W 2Z1.

At the Board of Directors meetings, the Directors generally discuss:

  1. Fundraising planning
  2. Membership growth
  3. Any other topics relevant to the Ontario PC Party in the riding.

At the Annual General Meeting, all Ontario PC Members in the riding get to elect a new Board of Directors, and select delegates for the Provincial Party's Annual General Meeting.
