AGM & NOMINATION MEETING
November 18, 2024
The Party will nominate a candidate for the next General Election in Pickering Uxbridge on November 18, 2024.
As a member in good standing of the Pickering Uxbridge Ontario PC Constituency Association you are eligible to participate. Party members who wish to participate in the Nomination Meeting must hold a current membership as of October 18, 2024. Party members who wish to participate in the Annual General Meeting must hold a current membership as of November 3, 2024. Members who do not have an active membership by 11:59pm on October 18rd and November 3rd will not be eligible to participate.
When: November 18, 2024
Agenda: 7pm registration. 7:15pm AGM begins with Nomination Meeting to follow.
Where: Sabina’s Casual Dining and Pub, 1755 Pickering Pkwy #20, Pickering.
In accordance with the Party constitution, the AGM meeting is required for the purposes of electing Officers for the Riding’s Board of Directors. Reports from the President, CFO and Membership Chair will also be given.
